Who's behind Splana

Hi, I’m Gabriel. I’m an NDIS business consultant based in Melbourne, and I’ve spent years working alongside providers across the disability support sector — from sole trader support workers to growing organisations with complex SIL operations.

Splana exists because I’ve watched too many capable providers get blindsided by compliance problems they didn’t see coming. Not because they were doing anything wrong in practice — but because their paperwork didn’t match their reality, and nobody had built a tool that could fix that without charging consultant rates.

I’m building Splana to be the tool I wish I could give every provider I work with: one that takes their actual operations seriously, generates documents that auditors recognise as genuine, and grows with them as their business changes.

Is this a replacement for an NDIS consultant?

For most sole traders and small providers, yes — Splana delivers what consultants charge $4,400+ to produce, at a fraction of the cost. For complex situations (large organisations, certification audits with multiple modules, restrictive practice authorisations) you’ll still benefit from human consulting support, and we can refer you to trusted partners.

Is this just AI generating templates?

No. Templates are the problem we’re trying to solve. Splana uses AI as a tool, but the documents are generated from your specific answers about how you operate — not from generic boilerplate. Every output reflects your real business, your real services, and your real participants. It’s a NDIS audit preparation tool.

Will my documents actually pass an audit?

We can’t guarantee audit outcomes — nobody honestly can, and any compliance provider that promises a 100% pass rate is overstating it. What we can promise is that your documents will accurately describe how you operate, align with the NDIS Practice Standards, and stand up to the most common scrutiny auditors apply. The rest is about your actual practice — which is your strength.
