If you’re registered but your systems don’t communicate (manual reconciliation, failed claims, data entry headaches), you need Systems Integration. If you’re registered, your systems work, but you’re working 50+ hours and barely breaking even, the Profit & Time Freedom programme is for you. Not sure? Yes. Many clients progress through the ladder naturally — starting with Registration, then adding Integration, then moving to Profit & Time Freedom. Our Premium Registration tier includes a $2,500 credit toward Systems Integration specifically for this reason. We design each engagement to lead naturally to the next step when you’re ready.
Starter ($2,497–$3,497) covers basic verification registration with core documentation. Professional ($4,997–$7,497) is for certification pathways and includes 15+ policies, staff training, and 90-day support. Premium ($9,997–$14,997) includes everything in Professional plus post-registration business coaching, a $2,500 credit toward your next service, and 6 months of ongoing support. The right tier depends on your registration complexity and how much post-registration support you want.
That’s what the guarantee covers. If we don’t achieve all three targets (15%+ margins, 45hrs/week or below, quality maintained) by Day 90, we continue working at no additional cost for up to an additional 90 days. The guarantee is conditional on you implementing at least 80% of agreed recommendations, attending all calls, and providing requested data on time.
Yes. Every service offers flexible payment options. The standard structure is 50/50 (half deposit, half at midpoint) or 40/30/30 for three payments. Paying in full upfront gets you a 5–10% discount depending on the service. We believe cash flow shouldn’t prevent you from getting the help your business needs.
