Partner Network
The platforms we work alongside
Splana integrates with the workforce and practice management software mid-market NDIS providers already rely on. These partnerships exist so the systems you depend on become more effective, not more complicated.
We refer clients to partners we genuinely work with day-to-day. Disclosure information below.
How It Works
What "referral partner" actually means
A Splana partnership is a working relationship — we integrate with the platform during client engagements, we know its strengths and limits, and we refer clients to it where it's the right fit for their operations. Partnerships are earned through hands-on experience, not paid placements.
Where a partner offers Splana a referral fee or revenue share, we disclose it on this page. Where the partnership is mutual (we refer clients to them, they refer clients to us), we disclose that too. Our recommendations are based on platform fit for the client, not on commission structure.
When we recommend Employment Hero
Employment Hero
Employment Hero is one of Australia's most established HR and payroll platforms, used widely across the NDIS sector for support-worker rostering, modern award interpretation, and payroll automation. We recommend it to mid-market providers who need integrated workforce management — particularly those moving from manual rostering or spreadsheet-based payroll into a system that scales.
In our Integration Service engagements, we frequently configure the Employment Hero / accounting system connection so rostered hours flow into payroll and billing without manual handling. That integration is where the largest billing leakage happens for most providers — and it's where Employment Hero, configured properly, removes a meaningful share of operational drag.
Employment Hero is not always the right answer — for very small providers (under 10 staff), simpler tools may be more cost-effective. We tell you that during the consultation.
When we recommend Astalty
Astalty
Astalty is built specifically for NDIS providers — it understands plan structures, line item codes, participant budgets, and the operational rhythm of NDIS service delivery in a way generic practice management platforms do not. That specificity matters: it removes most of the configuration work that other platforms force NDIS providers to do themselves.
We recommend Astalty to providers who need a single platform connecting rostering, client records, claims, and reporting. It is particularly strong for providers running multiple participant cohorts, mixed service types, or transitional plan arrangements — the kind of complexity that breaks generic tools.
In the SIL billing reconciliation case study we publish on this site, the provider's ShiftCare + Xero + plan manager configuration could arguably have been simplified by moving onto Astalty. Whether that's the right move depends on the rest of the operational footprint — something we work through during the Integration Service.
When we recommend Zanda Health
Zanda Health
Zanda Health is a healthcare practice management platform with strong clinical features — appointment management, clinical notes, billing, and patient records. For NDIS providers delivering allied health services (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, psychology), it provides clinical workflow support that NDIS-specific platforms typically do not.
We recommend Zanda Health to providers running mixed service models that include therapy or allied health delivery. For pure SIL or core supports providers, NDIS-specific platforms are usually a better fit; for allied-health-heavy providers, Zanda Health is often the cleaner clinical backbone.
Disclosure
What you should know about these partnerships
Splana has commercial referral arrangements with one or more of the partners listed on this page. Where Splana receives a referral fee, commission, or revenue share for connecting a client to a platform, we disclose it here. These commercial arrangements do not influence which platform we recommend to a specific client — recommendations are based on platform fit for the client's operational scope, scale, and service type. Where a platform is not the right fit, we say so during the consultation, regardless of the referral arrangement. If you would like clarity on the specific commercial structure of any partnership listed on this page, ask during a consultation and we will share it.

Selecting the right workforce or practice management platform is one of the highest-leverage decisions a mid-market NDIS provider makes. Picking wrong costs years of operational drag. Book a 20-minute consultation and we'll walk through your current setup, your scale, and your service mix — and recommend the right combination of platforms for where you're heading.
