NDIS Registration Services

Registration support built around the July 2026 expansion

Three engagement tiers matched to where your organisation sits on the registration readiness spectrum. Structured, outcome-focused, delivered with direct founder involvement — completed in weeks, not months.

  • Nationally-registered NDIS provider ourselves
  • Anchored to the RSM Australia sector research on operational leakage

What's Changing

The registration bar is being raised, not lowered

From July 2026, the mandatory registration framework expands to cover a broader range of provider types and service categories, including Supported Independent Living and platform providers. Providers who are already registered face a raised operational bar — deeper documentation requirements, stronger evidence-of-practice expectations (showing how your actual operations line up with your paperwork), and more rigorous audit-readiness standards (being able to demonstrate compliance when the NDIS Commission audits your organisation).

For most mid-market providers, this means genuine preparation work across documentation, Practice Standards alignment (making sure your policies and procedures meet the NDIS Commission's rules), and internal audit cadence. In our experience working with providers ahead of similar regulatory transitions, the ones who prepare structurally in the six months before deadline see materially smoother audits than those compressing preparation into the final weeks.

Splana's Registration Services are structured for the mid-market providers who want to prepare properly, without pulling internal teams off client-facing work for months.

The Three Tiers

Choose the tier that matches your readiness

Starter

Timeline: 3–4 weeks

What's Included

  • Practice Standards documentation review — the NDIS Commission's regulatory framework governing how you demonstrate compliance — across your current registration groups
  • Evidence-of-practice mapping — documenting how you actually work so audits find alignment between paperwork and practice — for the areas most commonly tested in the July 2026 framework
  • Gap identification with a prioritised action list
  • One 60-minute workshop with your senior team to align on implementation
  • Post-engagement 30-day email support for implementation questions

Best Fit For

  • Providers who scored READY or ON TRACK on the Registration Readiness Diagnostic
  • Organisations with strong existing documentation that needs refresh, not rebuild
  • Single-site or small multi-site operations

The Engagement Structure

How the work actually happens

1

Consultation

A 20-minute conversation to understand your registration scope, timeline, and readiness. We confirm the right tier fit before any engagement starts. Free.

2

Discovery

Kickoff session with your senior team. We map your current registration state against the July 2026 framework and confirm the engagement plan.

3

Structured work

Weekly rhythm of documented deliverables, working sessions, and progress checkpoints. Direct founder involvement — you're not handed off to a junior consultant.

4

Handover

At completion, you have working documentation, an internal audit framework, and clarity on what to monitor between now and your next audit cycle. Plus the post-engagement support window matched to your tier.

Why We're Structured This Way

Registration work done with operator experience, not consultant theory

Splana is founded and operated by a nationally-registered NDIS provider. Every framework we use for client registration work has been applied inside our own operation first. The documentation approaches, the audit-readiness structures, the internal audit cadences — they're tested in real operations before they become client deliverables.

We're intentionally structured for the mid-market. Enterprise consulting firms typically over-scope registration engagements to justify their overhead. Cheap online registration templates typically under-scope, leaving providers with paperwork that doesn't survive audit contact. The tiered structure above is designed to match the work to the actual readiness gap — no more, no less.

Every engagement includes direct founder involvement. You're not handed off to a junior consultant after the pitch.

Client testimonials from Registration Services engagements will appear here as case studies complete. Splana works with mid-market providers under standard confidentiality; anonymised outcomes are shared with permission.

Not Sure Which Tier Fits?

The right tier depends on your current readiness, your registration scope, and your timeline. A 20-minute consultation walks through your specific situation and identifies the fit. No obligation, no pressure — if the right answer is that you don't need us yet, we'll say so.
